This is a finishing salt, not a cooking one. Osmo Flakey White is harvested from the Mediterranean and packed in the USA as bright, delicate pyramid flakes that give clean salinity and a light crunch — the crystal that goes on at the last second, after the pan is off the heat.
It sharpens sweetness and deepens savory notes in the same move: a better crust on steak, more life in roast vegetables, and the finishing edge on caramel or chocolate. Developed by culinary creator Nick DiGiovanni.
- 6.5 oz box of flake finishing salt
- Harvested from the Mediterranean Sea, packed in the USA
- Light, flakey crystal with a clean crunch
- Works on savory dishes and sweet ones alike
- Kosher flakes, made with simple ingredients
- Developed by culinary creator Nick DiGiovanni
Dispatched from the USA within one business day. Case quantities over 40 units ship on a pallet; we confirm dock requirements before booking.
Unopened stock can be returned within 30 days. Chilled and dairy lines are final sale. See the refund policy for the full terms.
