Twang Dill Pickle Rimming Salt puts a proper briny dill edge on the rim of a glass. It is the salt for a Bloody Mary, a michelada or a pickleback serve — made with real dill and spices rather than an artificial pickle flavoring, so the rim tastes like the jar rather than like candy.
Moisten the rim with a lime or other citrus wedge, then dip the edge of the glass into the salt. The 4 oz tub has a wide mouth, so you can rim straight from it.
