Snowy River Pride Cocktail Salt is a rimming salt colored with real fruit and vegetables rather than synthetic dye — a multi-color rim that looks like it belongs to the drink instead of sitting on top of it. It goes on margaritas, palomas and anything else you want arriving at the table with some color.
To use, wet the rim with simple syrup (two parts sugar to one part water) and roll the edge through the salt. To decorate the side of a glass, brush the syrup on with a paintbrush, then press the glass into the salt.
