Dispatched from the USA in one business day.

The catering size of Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce: the familiar brewed flavor with a lighter sodium profile, in a 40 oz bottle. Brewed from soybeans, wheat, water and salt, then aged, with a portion of the salt removed after aging so the umami is already built by the time the sodium comes down.

Sized for kitchens cooking in volume — stir-fries, marinades, soups, sauces and dipping, plus refills for the smaller bottles.

  • Reduced-sodium soy sauce, 40 oz bottle
  • Brewed from soybeans, wheat, water and salt
  • Salt reduced after aging, so the savory depth stays intact
  • For noodle bowls, grilled meats, steamed vegetables and rice dishes
  • Ample size for frequent cooking and batch prep

Dispatched from the USA within one business day. Case quantities over 40 units ship on a pallet; we confirm dock requirements before booking.

Unopened stock can be returned within 30 days. Chilled and dairy lines are final sale. See the refund policy for the full terms.
