We emphatically state that we do not process orders, accept payments, or offer shipping services to any international territories or foreign jurisdictions. By utilizing this platform, you legally warrant and represent that you are a resident of the United States and that your intended delivery address resides strictly within domestic U.S. borders. Any attempt to circumvent this geographical restriction utilizing freight forwarders or VPN technologies constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate order cancellation and permanent account suspension.

3. Product Information, Food Safety, and Health Disclaimers MTA Trading LLC specializes in the retail of premium culinary and grocery items, including but not limited to specialty salts (e.g., Celtic sea salt, Master of Mixes and Franco’s margarita salts), global condiments (e.g., Kikkoman soy sauce), and specialized baking ingredients (e.g., Dr. Oetker whipping cream stabilizer).

  • Accuracy of Information: While we implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and nutritional facts displayed on our platform are accurate and up-to-date, manufacturers may occasionally alter their ingredient profiles.
